Shipping & Returns

The best way to reduce our impact on the environment is a well loved garment that has found its rightful owner. 

We understand sometimes it’s a bit tricky ordering online, so rest assured we will accept any items that aren’t quite right. 

SZN is proud to offer 30 days returns for all online Australian orders. Simply return your garment/s within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, you will need to pay the cost of shipping to return your items.

For all international orders you have 60 days to return your items, you will need to pay the cost of shipping to return your items.

To organise a return please email suzan@szn.com.au and we will instruct you on how to send your item back.

To help us process your return please follow the below steps:

• Ensure all tags are still on the product, and where possible packaging still intact 
• Package the returning items nicely to avoid any damage in transit 

CONDITIONS

Please note that returned items must be in their original and unworn condition with tags attached. Due to their personalised nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, altered or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed garments. 

 

ALTERATIONS

SZN garments are uniquely pattern-made to be low to zero waste. However we understand that although we consider a broad range of customer needs in our unique flexible sizing, this may not suit everyone, therefore if you require adjustments to your garment please email suzan@szn.com.au, and we can discuss your requirements. Depending on the type of alteration, this service may incur a fee.
