SZN ISO POD 2

SZN ISO POD - Thumb.JPG

Hi guys, here’s the second instalment of the SZN ISO POD. I hope you enjoyed the first episode which largely featured Reggae and Afro Beats music.

In this episode Christian Biko from Radio Biko and I will take you on a completely different musical journey; to the US mid-west. That’s right cowgirls, cowboys and cow people, this is probably the most unexpected genres I love, and hope to change some peoples minds on, folk music! Click on the player below for a healthy dose of twang!

You may be wondering why I decided to do a podcast? As well as being a designer, I also DJ as a side hustle and listen to a lot of music both in our St Collins pop up store, and in the studio. Its often led to great conversations with visitors to the store, and I invite you to come hang and listen to a few tunes. These podcasts represent some of my favourite and unexpected song selections, my musings on what I’ve been listening to, and a chat with my co-host Christian Biko from Radio Biko about music and life.

Thanks to City of Melbourne for grant support which made putting these podcasts together possible.
